PRE-MADE ITEMS
Items marked as “Ready to Ship” or “Pre-Made” will typically ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-order items are products that are currently in production and are not ready toship immediately.
Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for pre-order items to be processed and shipped unless otherwise stated on the product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and agree that shipping timelines are estimated and may vary due to production, customs, or carrier delays.
Orders containing both pre-order and ready-to-ship items may be shipped together once all items are available.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
All pre-order sales are final once production has begun.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was received.
To request assistance regarding a damaged or incorrect order, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Description of the problem
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
Cashflow reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions.

LINCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
Cashflow is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY
By completing a purchase, customers agree to contact Cashflow directly regarding any issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases.
Cashflow reserves the right to provide proof of delivery, tracking information, customer communication, and billing verification to payment providers in response to disputes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Cashflow is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, production delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
By purchasing from our store, customers acknowledge and accept these terms. OST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Cashflow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Cashflow reserves the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or inventory errors.
